• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being permanently closed.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential — sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to Jilibett immediately.
• Withdrawal access will be limited until your identity verification (KYC) process is complete.

Jilibett Jilibett reserves the right to verify the details of any account. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

If age verification is requested at registration or at any later stage, you will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. If an underage user is found to have registered, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

If anyone under the age of 18 lives in your household, it is your responsibility to ensure they cannot access this platform.

Jilibett accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

• The account used for deposits and your Jilibett account must be registered under the same name.
• Funds sent from a third-party number or account are not accepted and will be returned.
• The designated reference number must be entered correctly for every transaction.

To withdraw funds from Jilibett, your account's KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Mobile banking withdrawals (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may be subject to additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.

Jilibett offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions from time to time. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus; otherwise, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected — such as using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets — Jilibett reserves the right to void the bonus.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Jilibett and cover Sports Betting, casino, and live games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — however, the Cash Out feature may be used if available.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, Jilibett reserves the right to void that bet.
• Match fixing or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Jilibett is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• Any account found to show unusual betting patterns or evidence of coordinated manipulation will be subject to investigation.

Jilibett is committed to maintaining a fair and impartial environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt to hack is strictly forbidden.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if deemed necessary.
